BRIEF
In the near-future, the Californian government created an annual Grand Lottery. To claim the prize, anyone can kill and take the multi-million dollar prize from the Lottery winner before the deadline. Katie Kim must fend off the entire city as they try to claim her winning ticket.
I was tasked with creating style frames to pitch the opening sequence that explains the birth of the Grand Lottery, as well as the main-on-ends that will frame bloopers and outtakes from the movie shoot.

MAIN ON ENDS
CONCEPT
The sequence pays homage to the setting of the movie. Pieces of Los Angeles are scattered throughout this sequence. We see Metro cards, souvenirs, loose packaging, and photographs of iconic spots, all framed by cardboard, tape, and pieces of plastic.

OPENING SEQUENCE
CONCEPT
This pitch frames the context of the movie through a microfilm reader. Colors are inverted, articles and textures are inverted and film burn overlays the sequence to add overall grittiness to the sequence.
