CONCEPT
The brief was to take provided footage of M3GAN dancing against neon pink lights and incorporate footage from the first and second movie in the franchise into it.
This main on ends take that footage and utilizes its lights and shadows as space to project footage. M3GAN, always eerily silhouetted, dances on absurdly as scenes of violence and death play behind her. Lens flares and grainy edges create depth and tactileness.
