On the surface, a clown uses a banana to shoot a girl amongst crowding plants. She stares, defiant and unafraid, for he is but a fool and cannot hurt her. Meanwhile, he hides behind a mask, a stand-in for those who try to undermine the unity of a nation to further their own agenda. The allusion serves as a warning for the violent division of a nation.
